HE Xiangjun
Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of cluster nursing mode in closed thoracic drainage nursing. Methods A total of 190 patients who received closed thoracic drainage in our hospital from 2013 to 2018 were randomly divided into routine group and cluster group, 95 cases in each group. Routine nursing mode was used in the routine group and cluster nursing mode was used in the cluster group. Pain, mental state, night sleeping and occurrence of adverse events of catheterization were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of VRS, SCL-90 and PSQI in the cluster group were significantly lower than those in the routine group (P<0.05). The incidence of catheterization adverse events in cluster group was significantly lower than that in routine group (P<0.05). Conclusion In closed thoracic drainage nursing, the cluster nursing mode can improve the pain degree, psychological state and sleep quality of patients, and reduce the incidence of adverse events of catheterization, which is worthy of popularization and application.
