Abstract:Objective? To investigate the role of CD10 and CD34 immunohistochemical staining in the pathological diagnosis of proliferative glomerulonephritis. Methods A total of 147 patients with proliferative glomerulonephritis admitted to our hospital from 2015 to 2018 were retrospectively selected, including 41 cases of mesangial proliferative glomerulonephritis, 30 cases of acute diffuse proliferative glomerulonephritis, 39 cases of membranous proliferative glomerulonephritis and 37 cases of acute progressive glomerulonephritis. On the basis of routine HE staining, CD10 and CD34 double antibody immunohistochemical staining were used to compare the staining results of different types of proliferative glomerulonephritis. Results The cells in the visceral and parietal layers of renal capsules were red (+++) after CD10 staining, and the glomerular capillary endothelial cells were brown (++++) after CD34 staining, while the mesangial cells and matrix were not stained by CD10 and CD34 staining and were colorless (-). Conclusion Under routine pathological examination, the combination of CD10 and CD34 double antibody immunohistochemical staining can make a more accurate subdivision of proliferative glomerulonephritis.
