The Methods and Effect of Nursing on Patients with Liver and Spleen Rupture Bleeding in Operation Room

Abstract:Objective? To discuss the methods and effect of nursing on patients with liver and spleen rupture bleeding in operation room. Methods A total of 40 patients with liver and spleen rupture bleeding from May, 2017 to May, 2018 in our hospital were divided into research group and control group (20 patients in each group) according to the nursing methods. The patients in research group were treated with strengthening perioperation nursing, and the patients in control group were treated with routine nursing in operation room. The effect of nursing and occurrence of complication were observed and compared. Results All patients in both groups recovered after treatment without death. After treatment, the first exhaust time, the retention time of drainage tube and time of exercise in research group were significantly lower than control groups, (P<0.05). The rate of complications, such as bleeding, thrombus, infection in research group, were 5.00%, and lower than 15.00%,in the control group. (P>0.05). Conclusion Strengthening perioperation nursing could improve the clinical effects of patients with liver and spleen rupture bleeding, reduce the occurrence of complication, promote the recovering, which is worth popularizing.
