Abstract:Objective? To study the risk factors of children’s lobar pneumonia caused by mycoplasma pneumoniae. Methods The clinical data of 114 cases of ?MPP from December 2014 to December 2015 were retrospective analyzed. The risk factors of children’s ?MPP ?manifested as lobar pneumonia were investigated using univariate analysis and multivariate logistic regression analysis. Results Univariate analysis showed that age, fever and antibody titer of mycoplasma pneumoniae were independent risk factors of mycoplasma pneumonia in children. Conclusion The ?older children, fever, mycoplasma pneumoniae antibody titer 4 times or higher are independent risk factors for MPP manifested as lobar pneumonia in children, which should be paid attention to by clinical pediatricians.
