Abstract:Objective To investigate the postpartum pelvic floor function of primipara and the effect of two different delivery modes on the pelvic floor function of primipara. Methods A total of 183 primipara patients who underwent pelvic floor function examination were selected from February, 2017 to April, 2018. According to delivery mode, all primiparas were divided into cesarean section group (113 cases) and vaginal delivery group (70 cases). The statue of organ prolapse in pelvic floor was examined by professional medical workers, deep muscle strength grade in pelvic floor and vaginal dynamic pressure were tested by diagnosis instrument, and the questionnaires were filled under guidance. All results were compared. Results Deep Ⅰ classes and class Ⅱ pelvic floor muscle strength had no significant differences between cesarean section group and vaginal delivery group (P>0.05). The vaginal dynamic pressure in cesarean section group was better than the vaginal delivery group (P<0.05). The incidence of uterine prolapse was significantly higher in the vaginal delivery group than in the cesarean section group (P<0.05). Conclusion There was a high proportion of pelvic floor function injury in primipara from sixthto eighth weeks after delivery. Compared with vaginal delivery, cesarean delivery could reduce the occurrence of uterine prolapse, but it had no protective effect on pelvic floor muscle force.
