Abstract:Objective? To retrospectively summarize the ultrasonographic features of breast cancer and related lymph node metastasis. Methods The ultrasonographic data of 89 female patients with breast cancer who underwent physical examination or surgical resection in our hospital from 2014 to 2018 were retrospectively analyzed, and tumor mass, lymph nodes and blood flow were analyzed. Results The diagnostic accuracy of ultrasound for breast masses and lymph node metastasis was 93.26% and 82.69%, respectively. The shape of breast cancer mass is irregular, and the demarcation between breast cancer and normal tissues is not clear, showing burr sign, the aspect ratio is more than 1 (59.04%). Strong echoes are found in the mass, and the echo distribution is uneven. Some patients can see calcified lesions (32.53%) or cystic lesions (22.89%). The echo behind the mass is attenuated (68.67%). There were more abnormal blood flows in the tumors, with grade 0 blood flow accounting for 13.25%, grade blood flow accounting for 28.92%, grade ?blood flow accounting for 37.35%, and grade ?blood flow accounting for 20.48%. Conclusion Ultrasound has high diagnostic accuracy and clear imaging for breast cancer and related lymph node metastasis, but there are still some cases of missed diagnosis, which should be paid attention to clinically.
