Abstract:Objective? To investigate the clinical efficacy of low dose dopamine combined with dobutamine in the treatment of severe pneumonia in children. Methods From June 2016 to December 2017, a total of 98 children with severe pneumonia were randomly divided into control group (49 cases) and observation group (49 cases). The control group was treated with routine regimen, while the observation group was treated with low-dose dopamine and dobutamine on the basis of routine regimen. The clinical effects of the two groups were analyzed, and the improvement of the main clinical symptoms and signs of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). The recovery time of the main symptoms such as fever, lung rales and hypoxia in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Combination of low-dose dopamine and dobutamine in the treatment of children with severe pneumonia has a significant clinical effect, and has good clinical value.
