Detection and Risk Factors of Fatty Liver in 20 316 Physical Examinees in Jinqiu Hospital of Liaoning Province

Abstract:Objective? To investigate the detection of fatty liver in 20 316 physical examination in Jinqiu Hospital of Liaoning Province and analyze the main risk factors affecting the occurrence of fatty liver. Methods From April 2015 to December 2016, a total of 20 316 physical examinees with complete data were selected from the physical examination center of Jinqiu Hospital in Liaoning Province. Through retrospective analysis of the physical examination report, the detection of fatty liver was summarized, and the risk factors affecting the occurrence of fatty liver were analyzed. Results A total of 5 993 cases of fatty liver were detected in 20 316 cases, and the detection rate was 29.50%. Age, obesity, abnormal blood glucose, hypertension, dyslipidemia, hyperuricemia are the risk factors of fatty liver. Conclusion The detection rate of fatty liver is higher in physical examinees in our hospital, and there are many factors affecting the occurrence of fatty liver. We should do a good job of propaganda and education on fatty liver to reduce the prevalence of fatty liver.
