Abstract:Objective? To observe and analyze the effect of percutaneous prying reduction and internal fixation combined with small incision bone graft in the treatment of calcaneal fracture. Methods From April 2017 to April 2018, 84 patients with calcaneal fracture were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods. The control group was treated with open reduction and plate fixation. The study group was treated by percutaneous prying reduction and internal fixation combined with small incision bone grafting. The clinical effect, Bohler angle, Gissan angle score and the clinical index of operation were compared before and after treatment between two groups. Results There were significantly differences in the excellent and good rate of treatment, the Bohler angle and Gissan angle between two groups. Conclusion The percutaneous prying reduction and internal fixation with small incision and bone graft is effective and less traumatic in the treatment of calcaneal fracture, which is beneficial to the recovery of patients’ function and is worth popularizing.
