Therapeutic Efffect of Qizhiiweitong Granule Combined with Rabeprazole and Folic Acid in The Treatment of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis

Abstract：Objective? To study the effect of Qizhiweitong Granule combined with folic acid in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis (CAG). Methods Sixty patients with CAG in our department were enrolled in this study. They were randomly divided into observation group (n=30) and control group (n=30). Both groups were treated with rabeprazole and folic acid, while the observation group was treated with Qizhiweitong Granule. The therapeutic effect, clinical indexes, and pathological grading score were compared between two groups. Results There were significant differences in serum gastrin (GAS) levels, serum CD4+ cell and serum CD4+T/CD8+T ratio between before and after treatment (P<0.05). The serum sIL-2R content and the ratio of serum CD8+ T cells/ total cells were significantly decreased after treatment (P<0.05). The effective rate in observation group was significantly higher than control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Qizhiweitong Granule combined with rabeprazole and folic acid is effective in the treatment of CAG and can be further clinically promoted.
