Analysis of Risk Factors for Tuberculosis Patients with Multidrug Resistance
BAI Lili
Abstract:Objective? To analyze the risk factors of multidrug-resistant tuberculosis in tuberculosis patients. Methods A total of 197 cases of tuberculosis admitted to our hospital from 2010 to 2017 were analyzed retrospectively, which were divided into 154 cases of non-multi-drug resistance group and 43 cases of multi-drug resistance group. The risk factors of were evaluated by Logistic-regression analysis. Results The univariate Logitic regression analysis showed that BMI, population nature, smoking history, drinking history, tuberculosis history, and cavitary lesion were the risk factors of multidrug-resistant tuberculosis. Multivariate Logitic regression analysis showed that BMI, population nature, history of tuberculosis, and cavitary lesion were the independent risk factors for multidrug resistance. Conclusion Pay attention to the risk factors of multi-drug resistant tuberculosis, and early intervention is beneficial for the treatment and rehabilitation.
