Abstract:Objective? To observe the clinical effect of sublingual administration of Dermatophagoides Farinae Drops in treatment of allergic asthma in children. Methods A toal of 130 newly diagnosed children with allergic asthma in our hospital from June 2016 to June 2017 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 65 cases in each group. Both groups received GINA routine treatment during acute attack of asthma. The observation group was given sublingual administration of dermatophagoides farinae drops for a total treatment period of 1 year. The immunological and pulmonary function indexes of the two groups were compared. Results There was no significant difference in the levels of total IgE (TIgE), specific IgG4 (SIgG4) and eosinophil cationic protein (ECP) between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05). After treatment, the above indicators were significantly decreased in both groups (P<0.05), while there was a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). There was no significant differences in the levels of force vital capacity (FVC), forced vital capacity in 1 second (FEV1.0) and peak expiratory flow (PEF) between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05). After treatment, the above indicators were significantly increased in both groups (P<0.05), while there was a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion The dermatophagoides farinae drops is helpful to regulate immune status and improve pulmonary function in the treatment of allergic asthma in children, which is worthy of clinical application.
