Clinical Observation of Jiawei Wen Jing Decoction in Treating Dysmenorrhea of Cold Coagulation and Blood Stasis Type

Abstract：Objective? To observe the clinical effect of Jiawei Wen Jing Decoction in treating cold coagulation and blood stasis type dysmenorrhea. Methods A total of 73 patients with dysmenorrhea of cold coagulation and blood stasis type admitted to Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Panjin from 2017 to 2018 were randomly divided into observation group (37 cases) and control group (36 cases). The control group was treated with ibuprofen sustained-release capsules, while the observation group was treated with Wenjing Decoction on the basis of ibuprofen sustained-release capsules. Symptom scores and ultrasonic examination results were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in syndrome score between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05), and there was significant difference in syndrome score at each time point after treatment (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in ultrasonic indexes between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05), and there was significant difference between the two groups after treatment (P<0.05). Conclusion Modified Wenjing Decoction can effectively relieve symptoms of dysmenorrhea of cold coagulation and blood stasis type and improve uterine artery blood flow, which is worthy of clinical application.
