Effect of Microecological Therapy on Chronic Functional Constipation

Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical effect of microecological therapy in the treatment of chronic functional constipation.Methods From January to June 2018,a total of 50 patients with functional constipation in our hospital were divided into observation group and control group,25 cases in each group,according to different treatment drugs.The patients in two group were all intervened in the way of life and diet.On this basis,the observation group was given microecological therapy (Bifidobacterium tetralogy viable tablets),and the control group was given dynamic drugs (mosapride).The therapeutic effects between the two group were compared.Results The total effective rate was 92.00% in the observation,and significantly higher than 68.00% in the control group(χ2=4.50,P<0.05).After treatment,the symptoms of the two groups were all significantly improved than before treatment (P<0.05),and the improvement degree in the observation group was better than the control group (P < 0.05).No serious adverse reactions were observed in the two groups during treatment.Conclusion The microecological therapy with Bifidobacterium tetrad viable tablets is safe and effective in the treatment of chronic functional constipation,and can improve the clinical symptoms of patients,which is worth popularizing.
