Evaluation of Danshen Injection in Adjuvant Treatment of Helicobacter Pylori-Positive Gastric Ulcer

Abstract：Objective To explore the clinical effect of Danshen injection in the treatment of helicobacter pylori-positive gastric ulcer.Methods From December 2017 to May 2018,a total of 52 patients with helicobacter pylori-positive gastric ulcer were divided into observation group and control group according to different treatment protocols,26 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine peptic ulcer quadruple regimen.The observation group was treated with Danshen injection on the basis of the routine treatment.The therapeutic effects between the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate was 92.3% in the observation group and 73.1% in the control group.The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,but there was no significant difference between the two groups(χ2=2.25,P > 0.05).There was no significant difference in the negative conversion rate of helicobacter pylori and the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(χ2=1.44 and 0.54,P > 0.05).Conclusion Danshen injection can improve the curative effect of helicobacter pylori-positive gastric ulcer,and has no serious adverse reactions,so it is worth popularizing.
