Evaluation of Individualized Psychological Nursing and Health Education in Patients with Dental Pulp Disease

Abstract：Objective To explore the application effect of personalized psychological nursing and health education in patients with dental pulp disease.Methods A total of 224 patients with dental pulp disease admitted to Stomatology Hospital of Shenyang from January to June 2018 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,112 cases in each group.Patients in control group received routine nursing,and patients in observation group received individualized psychological nursing and health education on the basis of routine nursing.The satisfaction degree between two groups was compared and analyzed.Results The satisfaction degree was 88.39% in the observation group,and was significantly higher than 67.86% in the control group (χ2=13.82,P<0.05).Conclusion Personalized psychological nursing and health education can improve the nursing effect and satisfaction for patients with dental pulp disease,which is worthy of clinical application.
