Clinical Efficacy of Mucopolysaccharide Polysulfate Cream Combined with Desonide Cream in the Treatment of Chronic Eczema

Abstract：Objective To analyze the clinical effect of mucopolysaccharide polysulfate cream combined with desonide cream in the treatment of chronic eczema. Methods A total of 98 chronic eczema patients, which were collectedfrom May 2015 to June 2017 in the hospital of Cheng Zhuang mine, were divided into two groups by random digital table method. The control group was treated with desonide cream, and the study group was treated with mucopolysaccharide polysulfate cream on the basis of desonide cream. The clinical therapeutic effects between two groups were compared. Results The therapeutic effective rate of thestudy group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the skin lesion area and target lesion area in the study group were significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion The mucopolysaccharide polysulfate cream combined with desonide cream can improve the clinical symptoms and promote the therapeutic effects in the treatment of chronic eczema, which is worthy of clinical application.
