Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of hysteroscopy and laparoscopy in the treatment of tubal infertility secondary to ectopic pregnancy. Methods A total of 113 women with tubal infertility secondary to ectopic pregnancy, which were treated using hysteroscopy and laparoscopy in our hospital from 2010 to 2017, were retrospectively analyzed. According to lesions and tubal grading, the tubal unobstructed status were evaluated after treatment. Results The patency rate of interstitial and isthmic lesions after treatment was significantly higher than that of ampulla lesions (χ2=14.690, 10.932, P<0.05). The patency rate of grade Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ lesions was significantly higher than that of grade Ⅳ lesions (χ2=11.944, 17.958, 13.118, P<0.05). Conclusion Hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy can play a good therapeutic effect on most tubal infertility secondary to ectopic pregnancy, but it is also related to tubal grading.
