Methods A total of 97 patients with hip arthroplasty admitted to our hospital from 2015 to 2018 were selected. The general condition, life history and quality of life between two groups were compared and analyzed. Results There were significant differences in age, concomitant diseases, postoperative pain, sleep status between the two groups (P<0.05), but no significant differences in gender, weight, drinking history (P>0.05). Conclusion The older patients, concomitant senile chronic diseases, low blood oxygen levels, postoperative pain and lack of sleep are easy to get delirium after hip replacement. Nursing staff should take targeted nursing measures according to the literature factors that can be intervened.
