Abstract:Objective To summarize the intensive nursing experience in the stable stage of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Methods A total of 100 patients with stable COPD admitted to our hospital from 2016 to 2018 were randomly divided into intervention group and control group, 50 cases in each group. Both groups received routine nursing after admission, and the intervention group received intensive nursing intervention on the basis of them. The drug compliance, smoking cessation rate, self-care ability, living ability and hospitalization frequency between two groups were compared. Results The compliance, smoking cessation rate, ESCA score, Cotes score and hospitalization frequency in the intervention group were significantly better than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease should receive intensive care in stable stage, in order to improve the prognosis.
