Abstract:Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic choledocholithotomy and open choledocholithotomy for choledocholithiasis. Methods From January 2016 to June 2017, a total of 64 patients with choledocholithiasis underwent surgical treatment in Affiliated Zhongshan Hospital of Dalian University were divided into observation group and control group according therapies, 32 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with laparoscopic choledocholithotomy and the control group was treated with open choledocholithotomy. The operation time, intraoperative bleeding volume, gastrointestinal function recovery time, hospital stay and complications were compared between two groups. Results The operation was successfully completed in two groups, and no open operation was performed in observation group. The intraoperative bleeding volume, gastrointestinal function recovery time and hospital stay in observation group were significantly shorter than those in control group (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in operative time and postoperative complications between two groups (P > 0.05). Conclusion Laparoscopic choledocholithotomy for choledocholithiasis is safe and effective, and it can reduce the amount of bleeding during operation and shorten the recovery time after operation.
