Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of urinary kallidinogenase combined with edaravone on cerebral hemodynamics in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 119 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from 2016 to 2018 were randomly divided into observation group (61 cases) and control group (58 cases). The control group was treated with edaravone and the observation group was treated with urinary kallidinogenase combined with edaravone. The improvement of cerebral hemodynamics was compared between two groups. Results There was no significant difference in cerebral hemodynamics between two groups before treatment (P>0.05); after treatment, the indexes of each group were significantly improved compared with those before treatment (P<0.05); while the improvement in observation group was significantly better than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Urinary kallidinogenase combined with edaravone can effectively improve the cerebral hemodynamics in patients with cerebral infarction, which is better than single drug treatment, and it is worthy of clinical application.
