Regulation of Ginkgo Dipyridamolum to Hemorheology of Patients with Dizziness

Abstract：Objective To discuss the regulation of ginkgo dipyridamolum to hemorheology of patients with dizziness.MethodsEighty cases of patients with dizziness in Liujiazhuang Central Health Hospital of Jimo from January, 2013 to May, 2014 were collected and divided into observation group and control group at random (with 40 cases in each group). The control group accepted Salvia miltiorrhiza, while the observation group accepted ginkgo dipyridamolum addtionally. The hemodynamic indexes of the two groups were compared.ResultsThe high blood viscosity, plasma vscosity, hematocrit and platelet aggregation indexes of observation group were better than those of control group, and the differences were statistically signiifcant (P < 0.05). However, the differences of low blood viscosity of two groups were of no statistical signiifcance (P > 0.05).ConclusionCompared to Salvia miltiorrhiza, the ginkgo dipyridamolum has a better performance to regulate the hemorheology and is suitable for promotion.
