Effect of Deanxit on Neural Function in Patients with Post-stroke Depression

Abstract:Objective To study the effect of Deanxit on neural function in patients with post-stroke depression. MethodsOne hundred and twenty patients with post-stroke depression in Longgang Central Hospital of Shenzhen from January, 2011 to January, 2013 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group with 60 cases in each group. Control group was given amitriptyline, while observation group were given Deanxit. The therapeutic effect of the two groups were observed.ResultsThere was no statistical signiifcance of the difference in NHSS and HAMD scores between the two groups before treatment (P > 0.05). There was statistical signiifcance of the difference in NHSS and HAMD scores between the two groups after treatment (P < 0.05).ConclusionDeanxit has a very good therapeutic effect on patients with post-stroke depression. It can relieve the clinical symptoms of patients and is worthy of clinical promotion and use.
