Application of Heat Preservation Nursing to Radical Gastrectomy in Operating Room

Abstract：Objective To summarize the application experience of heat preservation nursing to radical gastrectomy in operating room.MethodsEighty cases of patients who accepted radical gastrectomy in Tieling Central Hospital from 2013 to 2016 were collected and divided into observation group and control group at random (with 40 cases in each group). The control group accepted general nursing to keep body temperature, while the observation group accepted complicated heat preservation nursing. The body temperature and stress intensity of two groups were compared.ResultsThe difference of body temperatures of two groups after operation was of statistical signiifcance (P < 0.05). The differences of adrenaline, noradrenaline, C-reactive protein of two groups after operation were also statistically signiifcant (P < 0.05).ConclusionThe heat preservation nursing in operating room can keep the body temperature of patients with radical gastrectomy stable and relieve the stress intensity, and it is supposed to be paid attention to by nursing staff.
