Clinical Effect Observation of Postpartum Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation Nursing

Abstract：Objective To observe the clinical effect of postpartum pelvic floor rehabilitation nursing. Methods Thirty-seven cases of puerperae from 2015 to 2016 who recevied postpartum pelvic lfoor rehabilitation nursing in Kaiyuan Maternity and Child Health Care Hospital were collected as observation group, and 35 cases of puerperae who did not received postpartum pelvic lfoor rehabilitation nursing were collected as control group. The strength and endurance of pelvic lfoor muscle contraction of the two groups were compared.ResultsThe muscle strength of the vagina by hand measurement and muscle ifber voltage of Type I and II of observation group were better than those of control group, and the differences were statistically signiifcant (P < 0.05).ConclusionThe qualiifed puerperae are supposed to receive regular pelvic lfoor rehabilitation nursing to improve pelvic lfoor function maximally and promote life quality.
