Nursing Experience of 47 Cases of Pulmonary Contusion

Abstract：Objective To summarize the nursing experiences of pulmonary contusion.MethodsForty-seven cases of pulmonary contusion in Shenyang the 10th Hospital of People from 2011 to 2015 were collected, and the nursing experiences were summarized retrospectively. The respiratory function and life quality were evaluated with modified British medical research council index (mMRC) and World Health Organization Quality of Life-BREF (WHOQOL-BREF).ResultsThe mMRC and WHOQOL-BREF scores had statistical difference at different time point (F = 5.64, 6.77,P < 0.05).ConclusionThe patients with pulmonary contusion should accepted scientiifc and reasonable nursing interventions to improve their respiratory function and life quality maximally.
