Inlfuence of Early Intensive Treatment with Insulin Pump on Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus at Different Courses

Abstract：Objective To discuss the inlfuence of early intensive treatment with insulin pump on patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus (T2DM) at different courses.MethodsNinety cases of patients with T2DM in Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Panjin from 2014 to 2015 were collected and divided into observation group (42 cases) and control group (48 cases) according to the different courses of disease. Two groups both accepted early intensive treatment with insulin pump, and the curative effects were compared.ResultsThe FPG, 2hPG, c-peptide, HbA1c, improvement rate of Homa-β and improvement rate of Homa-IR of observation group were all better than those of control group, and the differences were of statistical signiifcance (P < 0.05).ConclusionPatients with T2DM should accept early intensive treatment with insulin pump to improve the pancreatic function maximally.
