Abstract:Objective To discuss the the influence of mosapride on the gastric emptying in patients with functional dyspepsia.MethodsOne hundred and thirty cases of patients with functional dyspepsia in Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Panjin from 2012 to 2015 were collected and randomly divided into observation group and control group (with 65 cases in each group). The observation group accepted mosapride, while the control group accepted domperidone. Residual gas scores and gastric emptying rates were compared. Results The differences of residual gas scores and gastric emptying rates between two groups were not statistically signiifcant before treatment (P > 0.05). Residual gas scores and gastric emptying rates of two groups after treatment were better than those before treatment, and the differences were of statistical signiifcance (P < 0.05). The improvement of the observation group was much better than that of control group, and the difference is statistically signiifcant (P < 0.05). ConclusionMosapride can reduce the residual gas in the stomach of patients with functional dyspepsia effectively and enhance the ability of gastric emptying. It is worthy of further clinical promotion.
