Observation of Efifcacy of Asthma-relieving Decoction Combined with Budesonide in the Treatment of Bronchial Asthma of Non-acute Attack

Abstract：Objective To investigate the efifcacy of asthma-relieving decoction combined with budesonide in the treatment of bronchial asthma of non-acute attack.Methods Two hundred patients with bronchial asthma of non-acute attack in Yixian County People’s Hospital from June, 2014 to June, 2016 were selected and randomly divided into control group with 110 cases and the observation group with 90 cases. The control group received Budesonide and Formoterol Fumarate Powder for Inhalation for treatment, while the observation group combined with asthma-relieving decoction treatment. The pulmonary function and symptom scores were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.ResultsThe improvement of cardiac function indexes and symptom score of observation group were better than those of control group. The differences were statistically signiifcant (P < 0.05).Conclusion Asthma-relieving decoction combined with budesonide can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and pulmonary function of patients with bronchial asthma with better efifcacy than the single use of budesonide, and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
