Clinical Observation of Compound Danshen Dripping Pills on Chronic Cardiac Insufifciency

Abstract：Objective To observe the clinical effect of compound Danshen dripping pills on chronic cardiac insufficiency.MethodsOne hundred and thirty cases of patients with chronic cardiac insufficiency in Central Hospital of Heping District of Shenyang from 2010 to 2015 were collected and divided into observation group and control group at random with 65 cases in each group. The observation group accepted compound Danshen dripping pills, while the control group accepted isosorbide dinitrate tablets additionally. Cardiac ultrasound results of two groups were compared.ResultsThe improvement of indexes of heart function of observation group were better than those of control group, and the difference was statistically signiifcant (P < 0.05).ConclusionThe compound Danshen dripping pills has a deifnite curative effect on chronic cardiac insufifciency and is worth promoting and applying.
