Observation of Efifcacy of Trimetazidine in the Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease Combined with Cardiac Insufifciency

Abstract：Objective To study the efifcacy of trimetazidine in the treatment of coronary heart disease combined with cardiac insufficiency.MethodsSeventy-six cases of patients with coronary heart disease combined with cardiac insufifciency in Shenyang 242 Hospital from December, 2014 to June, 2015 were selected and divided into control group (39 cases) and observation group (37 cases) according to different medication regimens. The control group accepted the conventional treatment, while the observation group accepted trimetazidine additionally.Results The cardiac function and quality of life of the observation group were signiifcantly better than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05).ConclusionTrimetazidine can improve the cardiac function indexes of patients, ease the situation of heart failure, improve the physical function and mental health of patients.
