Abstract:Objective To study the clinical effect of heart-nourishing and blood circulation-invigorating method for treatment of thoracic obstruction.MethodsOne hundred and two patients with thoracic obstruction in Shenhe District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Shenyang from September, 2013 to November, 2015 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group with 51 cases in each group. The control group took isosorbide dinitrate, and added trazodone sulfate or metoprolol for angina pectoris when necessary. The observation group received heart-nourishing and blood circulation-invigorating treatment. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.ResultsThe clinical total effective rate of the observation group was 94.12% and the ECG total effective rate was 92.15%, which were both higher than those of the control group (72.55% and 66.67%respectively). The differences were both of statistical signiifcance (P < 0.05).ConclusionThe therapeutic effects of heart-nourishing and blood circulation-invigorating method in the treatment of thoracic obstruction is exact. The treatment is safe and feasible with positive clinical value and worthy of further promotion.
