Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical effect of mechanical AB Solitaire stent in the treatment of acute intracranial large vascular occlusion.MethodsTwenty-seven patients with acute intracranial large vessel occlusion in Anshan Hospital of the First Afifliated Hospital of China Medical University were selected, and were treated with Solitaire AB stent mechanical thrombectomy. The conditions of the postoperative vascular recanalization of patients were observed, and the scores of the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale before and after a week treatment were compared.ResultsTwenty-seven patients all underwent the surgery successfully, and the postoperative recanalization was successful in 25 cases with the recanalization rate of 92.45%. The score of patients with the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale was 23.25±5.12 before treatment, after a week treatment for 4.25±1.26. The difference was of statistical signiifcance (t= 6.325,P < 0.05).ConclusionThe implementation of AB Solitaire stent mechanical treatment in patients with acute intracranial large vascular occlusion is satisfactory and effective.
