Abstract:Objective To study the effect of rehabilitation treatment on early postpartum pelvic lfoor function of different delivery modes.MethodsFour hundred and eighty-four delivery women in Women and Children’s Hospital of Anshan City from December 2013 to April 2016 were selected, including 209 cases of vaginal delivery (delivery group) and 275 cases of elective cesarean section (cesarean section group). All delivery women did the pelvic lfoor muscle training 6 weeks after the birth, and the pelvic lfoor function was assessed before and after the rehabilitation treatment.ResultsThe incidence of vaginal prolapse in cesarean section group was lower than that of the delivery group, and the difference was statistically signiifcant (P < 0.05). The Glazer evaluation indexes of the two groups after the rehabilitation treatment were improved compared with that before treatment, and the difference was of statistical signiifcance (P < 0.05), while the difference was not statistically signiifcant for the Glazer indexes of the two groups after treatment (P> 0.05).ConclusionCesarean section can effectively reduce the risk of maternal postpartum pelvic lfoor dysfunction. The effect of rehabilitation treatment, which is an effective method of pelvic lfoor function recovery, is not affected by maternal delivery mode.
