Abstract：Objective To study the skin defect of limbs and avulsion treatment. Methods We treated the skin defect and avulsion of the limbs by vaccum sealing drainage technology. Results After vacuum sealing drainage to the patients, the total effective rate of the soft tissue survival was 97%. Conclusion It is effective to use the vacuum sealing drainage in the treatment of skin defect of limbs and avulsion.
