Abstract:Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of cytokine induced autologous DC, CIK, NK,αβT andγδT cells to breast tissue cell sarcoma. Methods The mononuclear cells were separated from autologous peripheral blood in 60~100 mL by blood cell separator. The killer cells of CIK, NK,αβT,γδT and DC were induced and multiplied by cytokine in vitro. Flow cytometry was used to test their phenotype. CIK, NK,αβT,γδT cells were used by intravenous injection, and DC cells was used by subcutaneous injection. Results The tumor of the patient reduced above 50%, and his life quality was improved signiifcantly. Conclusion Cellular immunotherapy provides an effective approach for the treatment of tissue cell sarcoma after chemotherapy, which could provide new prospects in the clinical application.
