Model Exploration of Community Health Service Center as the Principal Part for Hypertension Management

Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore the effect and problem of hypertension management model which the community health service center was employed as the principal part.MethodsThe blood pressure, behavior habits, and metabolic index of 56 cases with hypertension were compared before and after the management.Results The number of patients with unhealthy behavior habits decreased apparently(P<0.05). The number of patients with blood pressure well-controlled increased. The body mass index and the metabolic index changed apparently(P<0.05).Conclusion The model of the community health service center as the principal part for hypertension management controlled the blood pressure well and improved the quality of life of the patients.
