Abstract:Objective To investigate the effects and efifcacy of recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide (rhBNP) on the acute hemodynamic effects of acute myocardial infarction patients with heart failure. Methods 50 patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group (25 cases in each group). The observation group was treated with rhBNP on the basis of control group. Then we compared the major adverse cardiac events (MACE) in 1 week and hemodynamic parameters. Results The hemodynamic parameters of observation group were improved better than control group with statistical signiifcance (P<0.05). The curative effect of observation group was better than control group with statistical signiifcance (P<0.05). Conclusions There were better hemodynamic effects and clinical effects of intravenously rhBNP for patients with myocardial infarction with heart failure. It is worthy of clinical application.
