Application of Professional Group Combined with Stratiifed Management in ICU Nurse Training

Abstract：Objective To study training management mode of ICU nurse, cultivate core competence of ICU nurse and enhance nursing quality of critically ill patient.Methods Forty nurses were randomly divided into seven professional groups combined with stratiifed management to be trained. We evaluated the effects of training.Results After the professional group combined with stratiifed management, the management and teaching ability of nurses were promoted. All the evaluation indexes were improved obviously.Conclusions Professional group combined with stratiifed management could cultivate core competence of ICU nurse, and enhance nursing quality.
