Analgesic Effect of Ketorolac Tromethamine Combined with Lidocaine for Hysteroscopy

Abstract：Objective To explore the analgesic effect and safety of ketorolac tromethamine combined with lidocaine for hysteroscopy.Methods125 cases for hysteroscopy were randomly divided into the observation group(63 cases) and the control group(62 cases). The observation group received ketorolac tromethamine combined with lidocaine for analgesic. The control group received lidocaine for analgesic. Analgesic effect and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The analgesic effect of the observation group was signiifcantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). There was no signiifcantly adverse reactions of the two groups. ConclusionThe analgesic effect of ketorolac tromethamine combined with lidocaine for hysteroscopy was well, and it’s worthy to be popularized and applicated in the clinical.
