Correlation Between Prognosis of Patient with Chronic Bronchitis Complicated with Septic Shock and Low T3 Syndrome

Abstract：ObjectiveTo investigate the correlation between prognosis of patient with chronic bronchitis complicated with septic shock and low T3 syndrome by prospective study. Methods117 patients with chronic bronchitis and septic shock were collected, and divided into the low T3 group(57 cases) and the none-low T3 group(60 cases). All patients were treated with cluster method. The 28 days mortality of the two groups were compared. ResultsThe 28 days mortality of the low T3 group(50.9%) was higher than that of the none-low T3 group(30.0%) statistically signiifcant(P<0.05).ConclusionPatients with chronic bronchitis complicated with septic shock usually had the low T3 syndrome, and it maybe an indicator of bad prognosis.
