Inlfuence of Percutaneous Coronary Intervention on Heart Rate Variability of Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction Complicated Cardiac Insufifciency

Abstract：ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI) and drug treatment on heart rate variability of patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated cardiac insufifciency.Methods 120 patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated cardiac insufifciency were divided into 2 groups. 60 patients of the experimental group were treated with PCI, and 60 of the control group were treated with traditional drugs. The heart rate variability between the 2 groups were compared.Results The SDABB, SDNN index, RMSSD, and PNN50 of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group after 1-week treatment and 1-month treatment, and the difference were statistically signiifcant (P<0.05) after 3 months treatment. Conclusion The myocardial ischemia and heart rate variability could be improved effectively in patients with acute myocardial infarction complicating cardiac insufifciency by PCI, and the malignant arrhythmia and cardiac sudden death be prevented effectively.
