Inlfuence of Nursing Intervention by Health Education for Outpatient Service to Improve the Life Quality of Patients with Ulcerative Colitis

Abstract：ObjectiveTo investigate the inlfuence of nursing intervention by health education for outpatient service about the life quality of patients with ulcerative colitis. Methods68 patients with ulcerative colitis were randomly divided into the observation group(34 cases) and the control group(34 cases). The control group received normal nursing, and the observation group received health education nursing intervention after discharge. The nursing effect and the life quality of the two groups were compared. Results The mastered degree of health education knowledge, the adherence, the comfort degree, and the satisfaction of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05). The scores of life quality in the observation group were better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing intervention by health education for outpatient service could reduce the recurrence of ulcerative colitis, the life quality of patients with ulcerative colitis could be improved effectively.
