Abstract:Objectives To investigate the clincial characteristics and vales of combination with liquid-based cytological test (TCT), HPV, and colposcope on the diagnosis of cervical cancer. Methods All 300 patients checked with HPV or TCT in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed for the clinical data. The colposcope was conducted in patients with one or two abnormal values. CIN and more serious were considered as pathological positive, and then the positive patients were analyzed for the clinical data. Results There was 35 DNA positive cases and 21 pathological positive cases in the single HPV group (compliance rate 60.0%), 33 TCT positive cases and 24 pathological positive cases in the single HCT group (compliance rate 72.7%), 20 HPV+TCT positive cases and 19 pathological positive cases in the single HCT group (compliance rate 95.0%). The compliance rate of HPV+TCT group was signiifcantly higher than that of HPV or TCT single group (P<0.01). Conclusions TCT combined with colposcopy and HPV detection can greatly improve the early diagnosis of cervical cancer detection rate and is worthy of promotion.
