The Psychoanalysis and Nursing Experience of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

Abstract：Objective To investigate the psychological characteristics and intervention effects of Type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM). Methods 258 cases of T2DM were collected and divided into observation group and control group (129 cases in each group). The control group accepted ordinary treatments and nursing, besides those the observation group accepted psychological intervention. We compared the scores of Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) and Self-Rating Depression Scale (SDA) in both groups. Results After the ordinary treatments and nursing, the SAS and SDS in each was improved (AllP<0.05). The SAS and SDS in observation group were better than those in control group (AllP<0.05). Conclusion In the course of treatments and nursing to T2DM, we should pay attention to the psychological characteristics and conduct psychological intervention which could eliminate bad psychological state and promote compliance.
