Abstract:Laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy (LSG) has become the most widely performed bariatric and metabolic procedure globally, accounting for more than 60% [1-3]. The anatomical procedures of LSG are mainly limited to the upper left quadrant of the abdomen, and the operation is performed with limited anterior-posterior instrument movement along the same axis. The main operations are relatively simple gastric resection and edge reinforcement, making it the most suitable procedure for single-port laparoscopic techniques among bariatric and metabolic surgeries [4].
