Abstract：GLOBOCAN 2022 global cancer statistics show that the proportion of breast cancer patients aged <50 years in China is as high as 31.37%, much higher than that in Western countries (18.51%). Endocrine therapy is an important treatment for hormone receptor-positive breast cancer. It has a long treatment period, and comprehensive management of its adverse reactions can improve patients' quality of life, reduce the disease burden, enhance long-term medication compliance, and thus improve patient prognosis [1].
