Abstract：In recent years, the surgical treatment of colorectal cancer has gradually entered the era of robotic-assisted surgery after undergoing open and laparoscopic surgical models [1]. The relevant national authorities have provided strong support and policy guidance for the development of remote surgery. In January 2023, the National Health Commission and 17 other departments jointly issued the 'Action Plan for the Application of 'Robot +'' and included 5G-enabled remote surgery in the medical and health field's action plan [2].
