Abstract：According to the 2024 Global Cancer Report published by the World Health Organization (WHO), there were 20 million new cancer cases globally in 2022, among which colorectal cancer (CRC) accounted for 9.6% of all malignant tumors, ranking third; and it accounted for 9.3% of all cancer deaths, ranking second [1].
